TIVO....he aquí la nota via Bloomberg:

"Nov. 21 (Bloomberg) -- TiVo Inc., a maker of video recorders, will test a feature that allows viewers to transfer recordings to Apple Inc's iPod and Sony's Playstation Portable.
The system lets subscribers choose to transfer recordings through their personal computer to the devices, Alviso, California-based TiVo said in a PR Newswire statement today. The feature will be available as early as the first quarter of 2006.

TiVo, whose recorders allow television viewers automatically to record shows and skip commercials, is adding features to attract new users as companies including DirecTV Group Inc. and Comcast Corp. introduce their own recorders that match many of TiVo's functions. The company in August reported its first profit since selling shares to the public in 1999.

TiVo shares gained 53 cents, or 10 percent, to $5.80 at 7:56 a.m. in Nasdaq Stock Market composite trading. The stock has slipped 10 percent this year before today".
